Training Programs at Focus: HOPE for 18-24 year olds.
Focus: HOPE ITC has reopened its doors with a new "Career Express" program. This is a short-term 15 week course to prepare professionals to become Certified Office Specialist. If you meet the requirements, at NO COST to you, be well on your way to becoming a customer support representive or help desk technicians. Read more at here.


Should you already have a MOS or A+ certification, Focus: HOPE ITC is offering training for more advanced certifications. These include CCENT, MCTS & Network+ which can help jumpstart careers in Technicial Support or Network Technicians.  Read more of "What's next" here.

Take advantage of the opportunity to improve your life.

The new Earn and Learn program opens job opportunities to at-risk youth, particularly young minority males between the ages of 18 and 24 as well as formerly incarcerated and chronically unemployed adults.


It is designed to help individuals obtain work skills, set and achieve education goals, and gain work experience. Led by Southwest Housing Solutions, it targets residents of Detroit, Highland Park and Hamtramck. Focus: HOPE works primarily with Detroit residents, while ACCESS works with those from Highland Park, Hamtramck and eastside Detroit. More information here.
